Job summary

IQVIA MedTech, through its MCRA footprint, seeks an Associate Director, Digital Health Studies to provide senior leadership for digital health clinical research programs, including decentralized and hybrid trials, wearable tech, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will oversee sponsor-facing activities, drive operational excellence, and help scale IQVIA's Digital Health practice by shaping study delivery models and expanding client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of clinical research, including digital health, medical device, or technology-enabled studies.
• Experience leading complex, multi-study programs.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for digital health clinical studies from start-up through closeout.
• Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with ICH-GCP and quality standards.
• Serve as escalation point for clinical, operational, quality, and technology issues.
• Lead governance meetings, study reviews, and executive-level communications.
