Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior MedTech strategy leader to grow and shape its MedTech Strategy business in Chicago. You will define market strategy, cultivate C-suite relationships, and cement Accenture as the preferred strategy partner in the MedTech ecosystem.

Role involves building client relationships, shaping propositions, closing engagements, and guiding the next generation of consultants with AI fluency at the core. Travel may be up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in MedTech strategy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years in at least one MedTech segment (surgery, diabetes, diagnostics, etc.).
• Experience shaping enterprise, portfolio, growth, or go-to-market strategy in MedTech.
• Thought leadership demonstrated through research, publications, or executive forums.
• Ability to originate opportunities and build senior client relationships with a strategy-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite on enterprise, portfolio, growth, and segment strategy.
• Lead client engagements from insight through activation and business case creation.
• Connect clinical insight with commercial decisions across multiple domains.
• Shape COEs and activation plans including market-facing propositions and assets.
• Mentor talent and travel as required up to 75%.
