Qualifications

• 12+ years of MedTech commercial experience including sales, marketing, or operations.
• 5+ years of consulting with delivery, business development, and client origination.
• 5+ years building senior client relationships independently and generating revenue.
• Experience applying or selling AI, data, or digital solutions in a commercial context.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial transformation programs including operating model redesign and go-to-market optimization.
• Develop C-suite relationships and position Accenture as a strategic partner in MedTech commercial reinvention.
• Partner with clients to design and scale AI and analytics to improve decision-making and productivity.
• Shape market propositions, IP, and offerings to sustain Accenture's MedTech growth agenda.
• Mentor junior talent and lead global, high-performing consulting teams.
