Clarivate's Life Sciences & Healthcare team seeks a Sr Director of Medtech Sales to set growth vision and lead a high-performing sales organization across the MedTech segment.

You will build executive relationships, drive aggressive growth targets, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences. This is a high-visibility leadership role shaping healthcare innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience leading an account team as a vendor to the life sciences industry.
• 5+ years of experience as a manager, with responsibility for developing talent and driving performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive segment sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Own Medtech accounts sales targets and strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and industry leaders.
• Inspire and lead a large team of senior sales leaders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Represent Clarivate at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
