Job summary

Clarivate Analytics' Life Sciences & Healthcare team is seeking a Sr Director of Medtech Sales to set growth strategy, lead a high-performing sales organization, and accelerate new business opportunities across the MedTech segment.

You will define and execute comprehensive segment sales strategies, build executive-level relationships with key customers, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 8+ years sales leadership experience leading an account team as a vendor to the life sciences industry.
• 5+ years of experience as a manager, with responsibility for developing talent and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive segment sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Own Medtech strategic accounts sales targets.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and industry leaders.
• Inspire and lead a large team of senior sales leaders
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Represent Clarivate at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
