Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support Bloomington IL, Madison WI, Peoria IL and Iowa City & Davenport IA. You will be trained to demonstrate Ethicon products to surgeons in operating rooms and drive the selling cycle with professionalism and ethics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of business experience, with travel and relocation as needed and a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business preferred.
• 0–2 years business experience; travel and relocation may be required.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products per policy.
• Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales activities; eligible for Account Executive role after training.
• Demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in operating rooms.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally and ethically to drive customer action.
• Understand and demonstrate product use; manage questions and objections during sales process.
• Conduct sales presentations using trained methods; provide surgical case coverage and platform support.
• Comply with safety standards and company policies during business activities.
