Job summary

ValMed Careers, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Associate to support two Territory Sales Managers and drive new business across the Central US. You will call on ASCs, community hospitals, and rural facilities to develop relationships that build a long-term career in medical devices.

The role requires a hunter mentality, 1–3 years of sales experience, and willingness to travel up to 80%. Training, mentorship, and a clear path into medical device sales with a global company are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B or inside sales – medical not required).
• Proven hunter mentality—resilient, loves cold calling and new business development.
• Desire to transition into medical or capital equipment sales.
• Road warrior, comfortable with 80% overnight travel across a multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Support two seasoned Territory Sales Managers while also driving your own new business in the Central US region.
• Call on ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), community hospitals, and rural facilities to develop relationships and revenue.
• Contribute to building a long-term career in med device through training and mentorship.
