Job summary

KARL STORZ North America is seeking a GPDP Project Manager to own complex product development programs from concept through transition to manufacturing. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across software, hardware, systems engineering, and manufacturing to ensure on‑time delivery within budget in a regulated medical technology space.

You will operate in a hybrid Agile/GPDP environment, actively managing work packages, critical paths, dependencies, and risk mitigation from initialization

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years managing hardware and software development projects.
• Experience with GPDP, stage‑gate, Agile, or hybrid development.
• Proven ability to manage software lifecycles and hardware deliverables.
• Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex OR Integration programs from concept through pilot and production ramp.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Drive cross‑functional execution across software, hardware, systems, QA, and manufacturing.
• Manage dependencies, critical paths, risks, and forecasted delivery dates.
• Ensure BOMs, drawings, and part numbering are reflected in plans.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering during ramp and post‑release improvements.
• Clearly communicate status, risks, decisions, and expectations to leadership.
