Job summary

Roche seeks a Global Project Manager to lead end-to-end hardware product development and care projects in Tucson, AZ. You will plan, track progress, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Portfolio, and Functions to optimize delivery and respond to changing business needs.

A regulated environment and design control experience are key. The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, knowledge of Agile, and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree BS/BA in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in hardware product development and product care.
• Experience with Agile development practices.
• Strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Planisware, MS-Office, G‑Suite; familiarity with Jira, Trello, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Create integrated plans with dependencies and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, coach members and drive collaboration.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and report results to leadership.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
