Job summary

KARL STORZ North America in the United States seeks an OR1 Global Product Manager to lead the global portfolio for Premium Integration Systems, driving strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial success in healthcare technology.

You will partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality and global stakeholders to translate customer needs into product roadmaps, launches, and ongoing portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or related experience in medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, CS, or related field.
• Knowledge of FDA/MDR regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of product development processes.
• Experience with regulated environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management from concept through launch and sustainment.
• Define product requirements and contribute to global roadmaps.
• Gather market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitors.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and marketing.
