Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Massachusetts to lead large, complex product/technology development projects from requirements analysis to launch. This role involves guiding multi-functional, global teams and ensuring deliverables meet customer requirements and internal standards.

The position emphasizes strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with a hybrid work setup and the backing of Olympus’ long-standing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of cross-functional project experience bringing products from concept to market release.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with FDA/PMDA guidance, ISO 13485, and relevant standards.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for training sessions.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and Lean/Agile approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning of program subsystems and deliverables across multi-functional global teams.
• Develop business cases, manage overall program schedule, resources and budget.
• Ensure project activities meet customer requirements and adhere to PDP.
• Regularly report status to management boards and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management and gPMO teams for alignment and risks.
