Job summary

IQVIA is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices across hospitals nationwide. You will work with an on-site team, testing equipment, configuring hardware/software, and documenting results.

This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with 1–3 weeks on-site per assignment and 3 weeks of open availability per month, plus travel to support customer needs. Requires a valid driver license and access to a personal vehicle within 1 hour of a major

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years' experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred for this position.
• Prior military veterans with experience in an electronics, maintenance, or IT related MOS encouraged to apply!
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision required.

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.

• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
