Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals nationwide, supported by an on-site team. You’ll organize equipment, set up workstations, and conduct tests to ensure the devices perform to standard.

The role requires 1+ year of technical experience and comfort with Windows and software tools. You’ll travel 1–3 weeks on-site, with 40+ hours per typical week and a need for a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required
• 3+ years' experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred
• Prior military veterans with experience in an electronics, maintenance, or IT related MOS encouraged to apply
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision required
