Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices across hospitals nationwide. You will install hardware, software, and network products, set up equipment/workstations, and conduct post-install tests while coordinating with on-site teams.

The role requires 1+ year of technical experience, 3+ years in field service with hardware/software installs, and a valid driver license with personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years’ experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred for this position.
• Prior military veterans with experience in an electronics, maintenance, or IT related MOS encouraged to apply!
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment.
• An active and unrestricted driver license is required for this position. Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to use it for job related assignments up to 3 hours from home.
• Must be located within 1 hour of a major airport.
