Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals nationwide, with on-site team support. You will install, configure hardware, software, and network products, and manage equipment setup and documentation.

This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with 40+ hours per week expected in typical weeks, and travel to support customer needs across the country.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years’ experience in field technical role with hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, IT or related areas preferred.
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
