Job summary

IQVIA is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States, with on-site team support. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, manage hardware and software installations, and travel 1–3 weeks onsite per assignment while building leadership skills and expanding your opportunities in the medical device industry.

Flexible schedule and nationwide travel are expected; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years in field technical role preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, technical work, or IT preferred.
• Prior military veterans encouraged to apply.
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
