Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is seeking a Wound Closure & Healing (WC&H) or Biosurgery Engineering Co‑Op in Raritan, NJ. You will support NPD, process development, equipment design, and portfolio management while gaining end‑to‑end manufacturing exposure.

The role offers cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and housing assistance, with a January–July/August 2027 or May–December 2027 schedule. Eligible for company benefits as a student intern.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university.
• Completion of at least a first year of undergraduate program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute process development protocols and reports.
• Organize and submit process development samples for testing.
• Collect, analyze, & report process data.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to support key projects.
• Lead small technical projects and process changes.
• Support local community through Credo-inspired events and activities.
