Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is seeking an engineering co-op to support WC&H and Biosurgery platforms in Raritan, NJ. You will assist in new product development, process qualification, equipment design, and major process changes.

As part of the Global Technical Operations team, you will gain end-to-end exposure across manufacturing processes, with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration. Housing assistance is available and the role runs January to July/August 2027 or May/June to

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university.
• Preferred majors are Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, or Polymer Science and Engineering.
• Must have transportation to and from work daily.
• Completion of at least a first year of undergraduate academic program.
• GPA 3.0+ required.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute process development protocols and reports.
• Organize and submit process development samples for testing.
• Collect, analyze, and report process data.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to support key projects.
• Lead small technical projects and process changes.
• Support local community through Credo inspired events and activities.
