BD is seeking a Deployment Specialist I to install Medication Management Solution products and ensure successful deployment at customer sites. The role focuses on clinical and technical proficiency, BD values, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will travel to local and regional customer sites, participate in training, and support projects from planning through execution, including documentation and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or a minimum of 1-year relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence, ability to self-manage and get along well with others.
• Be flexible and adaptable, manage ambiguity and demonstrate resilience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet BD’s auto safety standards.
• Provide proof of immunizations (Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, TB/PPD, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis) and any vendor credentialing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Complete deployment specialist training plans and demonstrate competency for installation and support of BD Solution hardware and software.
• Install equipment at customer sites, including build-set up hardware/software, training customers, and Go Live activities.
• Adherence to BD Medication Solutions product implementation methodologies and tools.
• Provide problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client.
• Manage project escalations for favorable outcomes.
• Timely completion of internal company and project documentation.
• Execute additional tasks assigned.
