Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Plan WorkStream Lead for the MedTech Transcend program in the US. The role focuses on ensuring the North America plan processes align with global OTC templates for successful SAP-enabled deployment.

The candidate will drive readiness, testing, data integrity, and SOP updates while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing change throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; subject-matter expertise in Plan and Order-to-Cash in SAP environment preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Ability to drive decisions and manage risks in a transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution confirmation workshops and ensure alignment to order management and plan requirements.
• Serve as a plan business representative and provide guidance on global, local, and specialized process requirements.
• Drive plan change impact assessment and readiness planning across the O2C deployment.
• Represent plan in system demos and design reviews with structured feedback.
• Oversee plan data readiness including cleansing, validation, and deployment readiness.
• Define and govern plan test scenarios to support end-to-end O2C validation.
• Lead validation activities for the plan workstream through testing and simulations.
• Assess and communicate solution impacts to Plan KPIs, service levels, and customer experience.
• Ensure SOPs are updated and approved prior to deployment.
• Provide leadership support for cutover planning, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
