Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Spine division seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Chattanooga, TN territory. You will independently guide surgeons in the operating room, provide clinical and logistical expertise for orthopedic cases, and ensure proper equipment is available and functioning.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, customer focus, and the ability to manage billing, logistics, and asset deployment across hospitals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT) with 2+ years of experience.
Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or relevant experience.
Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

Guide surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic surgical cases.
Advance DPS sales by attending surgeries and ensuring the proper equipment is available and functioning.
Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams to improve solutions and services; prepare reports.
Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
Maintain and deploy equipment across the assigned area ensuring product availability.
