Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Raynham, MA seeks a Senior MedTech Capital Sales Leader to drive executive-level capital deals, lead regional strategies, and own the regional pipeline with hospital and health system accounts.

You will coach 5 CESMs, develop multi-account pipelines, and collaborate with marketing and finance to close strategic opportunities. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a plus; proven MedTech capital equipment sales with C-suite buyers is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in medtech capital equipment sales with C-suite buyers.
• Ability to build and manage a complex multi-account pipeline.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute C-suite level meetings to advance capital decisions.
• Own regional capital pipeline across all CESM territories and close strategic leads.
• Develop regional strategies with Regional Managers and AVPs.
• Coach and develop 5 CESMs and drive accountability.
