Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Capital Sales leader in Raynham, MA to drive capital strategy and executive engagement with hospital and health system leaders. You will own regional pipelines, develop strategic leads, and close complex deals requiring C-suite relationships.

Ideal candidates bring proven medtech sales in capital equipment, strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of building multi-account pipelines with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Proven track record in medtech capital equipment sales with direct experience selling to or influencing C-suite/executive buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a complex, multi-account capital pipeline.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute C-suite level meetings with hospital and health system executives to advance capital equipment decisions.
• Partner with Regional Managers to develop, align, and execute regional capital strategies.
• Own and manage regional capital pipeline across CESM territories with accuracy and forecast reliability.
• Develop and close strategic leads at accounts requiring executive relationships.
• Foster relationships with health system leadership and cross-functional partners to support capital deals.
