Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a medspa SaaS platform to fill a Partner Manager – MedSpa role in the United States. You will build strategic relationships with skincare brands, device manufacturers, distributors, and education providers to drive joint marketing and revenue.

This fully remote role requires excellent relationship-building, business development experience, and travel across the US. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and regional teams to generate leads, grow the partner

Qualifications

• 4+ years in partnerships or B2B sales.
• Experience in medspa/ skincare or healthcare tech.
• Proven ability to drive leads and revenue.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic medspa partners across sales, marketing, education, and regional teams.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential partners such as skincare brands, device manufacturers, distributors, associations, and education providers.
• Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and identify commercial opportunities.
• Design and execute co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and regional programs.
• Generate qualified leads and recurring revenue through partner channels.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of partner-generated leads.
• Represent the platform to medspa owners, clinicians, and leaders at events and meetings.
• Monitor partner engagement, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
