Jobgether is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing – Medspa to lead the expansion of a SaaS business into the North American medical aesthetics market. You will own regional marketing strategy, blending strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across digital channels, content, partnerships and events to drive demand and revenue.

The role emphasizes AI tools, automation, and data-driven optimization, with a focus on both immediate customer acquisition and long-term market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B marketing experience in SaaS or tech.
• Experience owning regional or growth-market marketing strategies.
• Proven track record building brand awareness and entering new markets.
• Broad marketing mix knowledge: SEO, paid media, content, PR, events, partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own North American medspa marketing strategy, including positioning, demand generation and brand presence.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing for lead generation, pipeline growth and long-term awareness.
• Manage regional targets, budgets and performance using data and insights to optimize investment.
• Plan campaigns across SEO, paid media, website optimization, content, PR, events, partnerships, and branding.
