Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Director of Practice Partnerships to drive revenue growth across the physician, practice, and med spa network. You will own key relationships, identify opportunities, and oversee contract cycles from prospecting to renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of business development, partnership, account management, or sales experience.
• Proven success managing high-value client relationships and generating revenue growth.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across NewBeauty's physician, practice, and med spa partnership portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with physicians, practice groups, med spas, and industry organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and renewal.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key physician and practice partners.
• Develop strategic partnership plans that align client objectives with NewBeauty offerings.
• Lead contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and ongoing account growth initiatives.
• Represent NewBeauty at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of client commitments.
