The position involves assisting providers in treatment rooms and at the front desk, with responsibilities spanning care prep, consent collection, schedule management, and patient education. A passion for luxury service is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a medical office, medspa, or luxury hospitality setting.
• Comfort working in clinical and front desk settings.
• Experience with EMR and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and close down treatment rooms and equipment daily.
• Escort patients and obtain consents and pre/post photography.
• Prepare patients and procedure setups, including blood draws when applicable.
• Review pre- and post-treatment care instructions with patients.
• Maintain infection control standards and spa-ready rooms.
• Deliver personalized check-ins and check-outs, and pre-book follow-up appointments.
• Manage patient scheduling, phones, payments, and assist with closing sales.
• Educate patients on treatments, skincare, memberships, and rewards programs.
