Greenwich Medical Spa is seeking a high-energy Front Desk team member for our Ridgefield location. As the first voice of the practice, you will greet patients, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain spotless front areas.

You’ll also assist clinicians, prep rooms, and support product sales with strong service and product knowledge. This part-time role requires a friendly, organized individual who can multitask in a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk in medical/spa setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to greet and educate patients.
• Scheduling and checkout experience.
• Knowledge of skin care products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments and assist with checkout.
• Maintain clean and organized reception and treatment areas.
• Assist clinicians and front desk with day-to-day operations.
• Provide information about services and products to patients.
• Assist in inventory management and supplies.
