Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa is seeking a MedSpa Manager to oversee daily operations of a luxury medical aesthetic practice. You will ensure policies and procedures align with Five-Star Service Standards while leading a team of clinicians, front desk staff, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in dermatologic aesthetics and management, with a focus on customer service, upscale client experiences, and compliance with licensure and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years dermatologic/aesthetics experience.
• 1–2 years management experience.
• Experience in Luxury Hospitality or related industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Experience delivering high-end client experiences.
• Comfortable in upscale spa environments.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the medspa daily.
• Maintain reception area, transaction counter and retail displays.
• Partner with HR on employee career lifecycle matters.
• Coach, mentor and train staff as needed.
• Manage staff scheduling.
• Ensure staff licensure and training compliance.
• Set expectations and conduct quarterly/annual reviews.
• Maintain inventory of medical, spa and office supplies.
• Reconcile bank statements with daily sales reports.
• Coordinate contracted services (housekeeping, linens, pest control, machines).
• Ensure clinicians chart all consents and HIPAA forms.
• Represent medspa marketing in the community.
