Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa seeks a MedSpa Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring policies and plans are executed smoothly within Five-Star Service Standards. You will lead staff, manage scheduling, and maintain key medspa functions.

Responsibilities include inventory, vendor coordination, HIPAA/compliance, and acting as the community marketing representative. A strong focus on exceptional customer service in an upscale spa is essential.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the medspa.
• Maintain reception area, transaction counter and retail displays.
• Partner with Human Resources regarding employee lifecycle.
• Coach, mentor, and train staff as needed.
• Manage staff scheduling.
• Ensure staff licensures and training compliance.
• Set expectations and conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory of medical, spa and office supplies.
• Reconcile bank statements with daily sales reports.
• Coordinate contracted services (housekeeping, linens, pest control, machines).
• Ensure clinicians chart all consents and HIPAA forms are signed and filed.
• Serve as medspa marketing representative in the community.
