Job summary

dermani MEDSPA® in the Atlanta area is seeking a highly motivated full-time front office coordinator to support two locations, Buckhead and Sandy Springs. The role centers on client hospitality, POS duties and membership engagement at a busy medspa.

You will greet clients, drive membership sales, collect payments, confirm appointments, answer calls, and schedule clients for the team, while staying organized and service-focused. This is a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with incentives.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs+ Front Desk Experience preferred (medical preferred).
• Extremely organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to use multi-provider scheduling system.
• Knowledge of laser and esthetic treatments and cosmetic injectables preferred.
• Strong Sales/Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and providing a warm welcome.
• Membership sales and collecting payments.
• Confirming appointments and taking calls.
• Scheduling clients for the team and gathering paperwork.
• Maintaining client and appointment records and inventory.
