Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly front desk associate to provide excellent service to members and guests. You will welcome guests, answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships and gift cards, and keep files up to date.

Promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy, maintaining a professional appearance, and contributing as a positive, energetic team player are key. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Zenoti (will train).
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Ability to multitask professionally and focus on the guest.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal membership sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests.
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
