Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring at our Sandy Springs location for a front desk/guest services role. You will greet guests, answer phones, book appointments, and promote memberships and upgrades. Competitive hourly pay with potential bonuses, flexible schedules, and steady clientele are offered.

We value a professional appearance, strong sales skills, and the ability to multitask in a friendly, energetic team environment. Training is provided for Zenoti and basic office tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Zenoti training provided).
• Able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends.
• Ability to multitask and stay guest-focused in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal membership sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests.
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance.
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Team player.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
