You will maintain accurate records, support team goals, and deliver exceptional service to drive client retention and satisfaction across memberships, services, and promotions. This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Experience in front desk or client service roles; consultative sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Zenoti and general business platforms preferred but not required; comfort with email and MS Office.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills; ability to manage high-volume environments.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations & Scheduling: Greet clients, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, schedule appointments.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations in Zenoti; keep calendars accurate.
• Answer phones and emails promptly, providing clear information.
• Client Engagement & Service Excellence: Create a welcoming environment; guide on services, memberships, promotions; collect feedback daily.
• Membership & Retail Support: Promote memberships and products; process payments; track renewals.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate client records; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Team Collaboration & Daily Huddles: Participate in daily huddles; support coaches and practitioners.
• Marketing & Community Outreach: Assist with in-center marketing and community events.
