Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking a highly motivated MV Business Development Manager to lead growth of our medium-voltage solutions across the footprint. You will act as the technical SME for MV products and engage with engineers, contractors, utilities, and end users to identify opportunities and drive profitable growth.

You will collaborate with sales, project management, suppliers, and engineers, delivering technical guidance, market intelligence, and strategic account development to expand our MV

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of medium-voltage industry experience.
• Experience with medium-voltage cable systems, distribution equipment or data centers.
• Willingness to travel within Capital Electric's service territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Capital Electric's medium-voltage growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities across data centers, manufacturing, utilities, campuses.
• Build relationships with engineers, EPCs, contractors and end users.
• Drive specification influence and early engagement in projects.
• Maintain a robust pipeline through identification to award.
