Job summary

Prism Electric, a leading open-shop electrical contractor in Texas and Oklahoma, is seeking a Medium Voltage Service Account Manager to oversee MV design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance for 1–35 kV systems. You will review protection studies, lead troubleshooting, and drive asset renewal programs while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Protection coordination and relay settings (SEL, GE, ABB platforms).
• Short-circuit, load flow, and arc flash studies experience or familiarity.
• Transformer specification, testing, and maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams and protection schematics.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and estimating capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MV design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of 1–35 kV systems and related equipment.
• Review protection coordination studies, short-circuit analyses, and arc flash assessments.
• Lead troubleshooting for MV equipment failures and power quality issues.
• Develop asset health programs including condition-based monitoring and relay calibration schedules.
• Manage capital planning for MV asset renewal and reliability improvements.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and pursue new business.
