Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (accredited).
• 2+ years of combined experience in Field/Design/Estimator/Project Manager roles on large capital projects.
• Knowledge of medium voltage cable, splices, terminations.
• Familiarity with integrated hardware/firmware/software/communications on systems.
• Understanding of equipment like switchgear, transformers, and motors and how they connect in the field.
• Proficient reading of electrical specs and drawings; CAD familiarity; product databases for cable schedules.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer technical interactions to determine electrical requirements, timing, and delivery needs.
• Communicate technical aspects of custom kits and applications; provide field training as needed.
• Implement solutions based on customer needs; evaluate drawings and cable schedules for MV solutions.
• Develop Bills of Materials for each custom kit; coordinate materials with manufacturing, service, and sales.
• Collaborate with support teams to execute and manage project plans aligned with customer expectations.
• Work with all relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and compliant project execution.
