• Coordinate and manage medico-legal cases, including IMEs and MRRs.

• Schedule physician calendars for IMEs, MRRs, depositions, and trial testimony.
• Collect and track case documentation and purpose letters from attorneys or paralegals.
• Track medical records, imaging, and supporting documentation for each case.
• Monitor case progression to meet deadlines and ensure completeness.
• Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, and trial appearances as needed.
• Track payments, billing, and case status for reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, paralegals, physicians, and internal teams.
• Maintain organized records of medico-legal cases and activities.
• Ensure all work complies with policies and regulations.
