Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of the clinical research trials program. You will assist in participant recruitment, data collection, regulatory documentation, and materials development.

Work involves coordinating with investigators and departments, maintaining databases, and ensuring timely progress toward study goals in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of biology, chemistry, and mathematics as they relate to clinical research.
• Strong documentation and records management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from program participants.
• Coordinate research protocols and appointments with other departments and sites.
• Collect, analyze, and report program data to stakeholders.
• Identify issues in procedures and inform investigators.
• Ensure compliance with IRB and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in IRB documents, protocol evaluation, and material development.
• Develop program materials and maintain databases and files.
• Track timelines and coordinate outreach with community organizations.
