Job summary

The role requires following physician orders, mastering the Six Rights, and using the eMAR system under guidance from clinical leadership.

Starting at $19.75/hour with full-time benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and daily pay options. CPR/First Aid required; HS diploma or GED accepted.

Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician Certification in good standing or 1+ year of senior care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow the resident MAR to administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Adhere to the Six Rights of Med administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as needed.
