Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech – CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents with medication administration and daily living activities. You’ll work within a supportive team focused on safety, comfort, and resident well-being.

The role requires CNA/HCA licensure, First Aid/CPR, and memory care experience is a plus. Weekend rotation may be required in a growing senior living environment offering growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Administer prescribed medications per individual care plan.
• Maintain accurate medication records and document changes.
• Assist with ADLs and provide compassionate support to residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications as outlined in care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and coordinate with pharmacies for re-orders.
