Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Medication Technicians to provide compassionate care, assist with medication administration, and support daily living activities for residents in a team setting. You will follow individualized care plans to ensure safety and comfort.

Applicants should have a CNA/HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and at least 12 months of medication administration experience, with a focus on memory care preferred. Weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA or HCA license per state regulations required.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate reorders with pharmacies.
• Provide support with activities of daily living and compassionate care.
• Encourage participation in life-enrichment activities and engage residents.
