• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and resident rights.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow physician orders.

Responsabilidades

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Document medications administered, refused, held, or discontinued in MAR.
• Monitor effectiveness and report adverse effects or changes to clinical staff.
• Assist with ADLs and support resident health and wellness.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure proper storage and security.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and pharmacy services.
