Job summary

Eagle Senior Living in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Medication Technician to join our Assisted Living or Memory Care teams. You will be a primary provider of resident care and medication delivery, working with caregivers, nurses, and a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Direct resident care including medication distribution per individualized plans.
• Follows state regulations and facility policy for care documentation.
• Maintains accurate MARs, vital signs, and observations for change detection.

Responsibilities

• Provide medications per resident plans and MAR documentation.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Assist with activities of daily living and restorative care.
• Attend interdisciplinary care meetings and trainings.
