Charter Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician / Med Tech to support residents in our assisted living or memory care communities. You will administer medications, aid with ADLs, and coordinate with nursing staff.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about dignified senior care. CNA or direct care experience preferred; state-certified Med Tech required. Join a team that prioritizes resident well-being and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred; CNA/caregiver direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies.
