Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to support residents in a fast-paced Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and maintain electronic medical records under supervision.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and teamwork in a setting that prioritizes hospitality and aging with dignity. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, with on-site duties and compliance with all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility.
• CNA license in states where required.
• Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification in states where required.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide ADL care per physician orders and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report reactions or refusals to the nurse.
• Take resident vital signs and monitor responses or side effects.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high quality care and customer satisfaction.
• Follow resident rights, state and federal regulations, infection control and safety guidelines.
