Job summary

Belmont Village Buckhead is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will administer routine medications, monitor responses, and keep accurate electronic medical records under licensed nurse supervision.

Ideal candidates are reliable, empathetic, and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced setting and aiming to grow toward nursing licensure through hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CN.A. license where required by state.
• Medication Technician or Aide certification where required by state.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with ADL care per physician orders and guidelines.
• Document and report medication reactions or refusals to licensed nurse.
• Monitor vital signs and observe medication effects.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on residents’ conditions.
• Support team to deliver high-quality care and hospitality to residents.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
