QSL Management in Florida seeks a dedicated Medication Technician for The Barclay at Boynton Beach to support resident wellness and comfort. You will manage medication distribution, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have a caring heart, a High School Diploma or GED, an active Medication Technician license, and CPR/First Aid (preferred).

Formación

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Current Medication Technician License issued by the state.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
