603 Healthcare's Mineral Springs facility in Conway, NH seeks a Medication Nursing Assistant to support safe medication administration alongside licensed nursing staff. You will document administrations, monitor residents, and communicate concerns promptly.

The role requires current Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide certifications, CPR, and at least 1 year of healthcare experience or 2 years in medication-aide.

About the Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care.

You’ll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly.

What You’ll Do

• Administer permitted medications in accordance with physician orders, applicable requirements, and facility procedures.

• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.

• Accurately document medication administration.

• Obtain vital signs and complete permitted medication-related tasks.

• Maintain safe and secure medication storage.

• Stock medication carts and appropriately handle discontinued medications.

• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.

• Assist with resident-care duties as assigned and within your role.

What We’re Looking For
