Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications (oral, inhalation, topical) under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions and report concerns to the nurse.
• Document medication administration according to facility policies.
• Follow written and verbal instructions regarding medication management.
• Observe and document residents' condition changes in compliance with standards.
• Perform vital sign checks, medication dose calculations, and stock medication carts.
• Maintain safe handling and storage of medications.
• Respond to resident requests and assist with direct care duties.
